Please upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file. The file must contain columns named 'HGVSc' and 'HGVSp'.

Flanking sequence length (AA)

The number of amino acids before and after the mutation site. Default is 14 for a 29AA total length.

Pad with GS linker

Adds 'GS' sequences to both ends of the mini-gene to act as flexible linkers.

Segment mutated mini-gene

Breaks down the mutated mini-gene into overlapping smaller segments (e.g., 9-mers).
